Tread Rubber

Our Tread Rubber is a high-performance rubber compound designed for the retreading process, replacing the worn-out tread on a tire to restore its traction, performance, and extend its lifespan. The new layer of tread rubber is applied to the tire casing, giving it a fresh tread pattern and improving its overall durability, safety, and performance on the road.

Hardness: 60-70 Shore A (varies with formulation for different applications)
Elongation: 250%–350% (before breaking)
Tensile Strength: 12–22 MPa (varies with formulation)
Viscosity: Designed for optimal adhesion and application at retreading temperatures (120–160°C)
Density: 1.10–1.35 g/cm³
Applications: Applied to tire casings as a replacement for the worn-out tread, enhancing the tire's durability and performance
Shelf Life: Typically 6 months to 1 year (when stored in a cool, dry place)
